Why Denim B.V. guarantees that the delivered jeans meet the standard requirements and norms and are free from defects. The above-stated guarantee applies for a period of 30 days after delivery.

The delivery note serves as guarantee certificate for the order.

In the event of defects, Why Denim will exchange or repair the jeans free of charge.

No claim can be made under the guarantee as a consequence of normal wear and tear, or damage caused intentionally or through negligence.


  • Why Denim's liability with respect to delivery of a defective jeans is in all cases limited to the replacement or repair of the item or to reimbursement, not exceeding the original purchase price
  • Why Denim accepts no claims with regard to consequential loss in whatever form
  • Why Denim is not liable for damage as a consequence of intentional acts or omissions, fault, negligence or improper use by third parties
  • Why Denim accepts no liability for damage as a result of washing, drying, ironing, dry-cleaning or other forms of treatments to the delivered jeans

Why Denim will always take your complaint seriously. If you are not satisfied with one of our jeans or services please contact our customer services via our website’s ticket system. You can pose your query online in the ticket system via “my account”. We receive such queries directly and these are linked to your invoice details, which enables us to offer you faster service. Should you wish to speak with us by telephone, please contact us on working days between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. We will start to process your complaint immediately and will contact you as soon as possible.

On business days, you can also call Why Denim directly between 09:00 and 18:00.
