Shipping & returns
Delivery times differ per country. Why Denim endeavours to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Within The Netherlands, orders will be delivered within 4 working days; outside The Netherlands, but within Europe, orders will be delivered within 8 working days; outside Europe orders will be delivered within 12 working days. The delivery times also depends measure on the adjustments.
DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address once your order has been placed.
RETURN BY POST
If you wish to return your purchases, it is vital that you complete and include the returns form. The returns form will be provided with your order. This form also provides you with a returns sticker. This is to be used to send your package back. Returning address:

Why Denim applies a return limit of 30 days. This is conditional upon you being able to provide proof of purchase and the items being undamaged and unused. The purchases must still bear all of the original labels and be packed in their original packaging.
RETURN AT THE OFFICE
It is possible to return your purchases to the Why Denim office in Amsterdam. Do not forget to include the returns form. Without the returns form, we cannot accept the items you have ordered. Why Denim will then issue you with a returns slip. The invoice amount will be refunded to your account or credit card within 30 days. The purchase price cannot be refunded in cash in-office.
